The BIBO Pulmifier is a product of WLA Health & Care AG, based in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. We develop and distribute inhalation and nebulisation systems for horses.

Our sister company Aerogen, based in Galway (Ireland), is one of the world's leading manufacturers of nebuliser technology for human medicine. Aerogen nebulisers are used in hospitals worldwide, particularly in intensive care and ventilation medicine.
Proven technology from human medicine
The BIBO Pulmifier uses Aerogen's vibrating mesh technology: a vibrating membrane with thousands of precision holes produces a particularly fine aerosol - quietly, efficiently and without compressed air. This technology has proven itself in human medicine for many years. We have further developed it for the requirements of equine inhalation: large breathing volume, robust masks and easy use in everyday stable life.
