Not every horse likes wearing a mask in the same way. For some, a fastening over the poll is more comfortable, while for others, the mask fits better when attached directly to the halter.

The 2-in-1 BioThane® headstrapwas specially developed for the PE PureFit maskand offers both options: it can be used as a classic neck strapor, after removing a section, attached directly to the halter rings.

The headstrap is made of BioThane®, a coated webbing with a polyester core that resembles embossed leather in look and feel. Unlike leather, the material is waterproof, odor-neutral, and easy to clean. The matte surface remains soft and flexibleeven in cold weather, making it well-suited for daily use at the stable.

The headstraps are available in the colors Dark Oak, Lagoon, and Sand. The headstrap is not suitable for the Cordura® SoftFit mask.

This ensures the mask fits securely and comfortablyin the way that best suits both horse and owner.
