Guarantee & Statutory Warranty
We grant the following guarantee on the BIBO Pulmifier® from the date of invoice:
- BIBO Pulmifier® mask (PE PureFit or Cordura® SoftFit): 12-month guarantee
- BIBO Pulmifier® nebuliser: 6-month guarantee
- BIBO Pulmifier® controller: 12-month guarantee
- BIBO Pulmifier® valves: 12-month guarantee
- BIBO Pulmifier® power adapter (Friwo FW8000MUSB/05): 12-month guarantee
The guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship that occur during proper use. In the event of a guarantee claim, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge at our discretion. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exclusions from the guarantee
Accessories such as the BioThane® strap, the neoprene sleeve, the USB-C charging cable, the laundry bag, the carrying bag and any other additional products that may be included are excluded from the guarantee.
Damage caused by improper handling or by use for purposes other than those intended is also excluded. The guarantee becomes void if the device has been tampered with or manipulated by unauthorised persons. The guarantee also becomes void if the controller is charged with a power adapter other than the one supplied.
Guarantor and scope
The guarantor is WLA Health & Care AG, Löwenstrasse 16, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. This guarantee applies in the EU, the EEA and Switzerland.

Statutory warranty
Your statutory rights in respect of defects (statutory warranty) apply independently of this guarantee and are not restricted by it. Exercising these statutory rights is free of charge for you.
